Placing the Order

Upload the file(s) to us with your instructions and contact information. Alternatively, send us an email at sales@photoedits.com and attach the file(s) to the email. Note: If the total size of all file(s) is bigger than 3Mb please use the upload utility or send the files in multiple emails.

The Next Steps

We will review the images and get in touch with you with a quote for the project or followup questions if needed.
If you accept the quote we will start working on your project immediately. Note: Projects above $50 will require a 50% "good faith" downpayment (refundable).

When we are done with our work we send you low-res proofs of the final results. If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied, tell us why and we will try to fix the problem. In the unlikely event that we cannot fix the problem to your satisfaction just let us know and you don't have to pay anything - no questions asked.
When you have accepted the proofs, you pay us either via a secure online transaction using PayPal or by check or money order. After payment has cleared we send you the high-res versions immediately. If you ordered prints or CD's we start the processing and send it to you as soon as it is ready.

I have the original(s) in paper form

If you happen to be located in the Marietta or metro Atlanta area in GA you can bring the photos yourself. Contact us to make arrangements.

If not, you can have your originals scanned at a local print-shop and then follow the procedure above. Maybe you even have a friend or colleague who can scan the photos for you. Please see our FAQ for information on scanning. Alternatively you can send the originals to us and we will do the scanning for you for a nominal fee. If you tell us about the images and the work you need done we will be able to give you an estimate before you send in the photos but unfortunately we cannot give a final quote until we get a chance to see the images ourself.
